Volac EWE2 featured on the BBC Lambing Live programme.

The Volac Ewe2, warm lamb milk feeder, was featured in the Lambing Live series which ran on BBC2 from the 7th to the 11th March 2010.

The feeder, which is used to rear orphan lambs, was given as a birthday gift to the farm owner Mr Beavan. This gift came as quite a relief as Mr Beavan had a large number of triplet lambs on his farm this year.

Mr Beavan was extremely pleased, saying “With the amount of triplet lambs, if you can’t adopt them all on and you have a pen full of surplus, then instead of bottle feeding 10 lambs, which would take you a long time, they can take it themselves ad-lib”
