Food Navigator and Food Ingredients report on factory expansion

Following a successful expansion to produce Volactose Edible Lactose in Volac’s factory in Wales, Food Ingredients First and Food Navigator have recently covered the extension of Volac’s growing nutritional ingredients profile to include Volactose Edible Lactose.

The expansion has resulted in a 50 per cent increase in production and ability to supply Halal, Kosher and vegetarian lactose.  Food Ingredients First discusses Volac’s increased commitment to the future of the UK Dairy Processing Industry.
