Orders, Deliveries & Collection

ANIMAL NUTRITION

Orders and Deliveries – UK & Ireland*

Our last delivery date prior to Christmas is Wednesday 20th December, therefore our order cut-off for orders required before the Christmas period is as follows:

Ireland - Standard delivery service: 12:30 hrs Monday 18th December

UK - Standard delivery service: 12.30 hrs Thursday 14th December

UK - Express next day service (£95 per pallet)** 12.30 hrs Monday 18th December

Standard Orders received after the above cut off dates/times and before 12:30 on Friday 22nd December will be delivered from Thursday 4th January 2024, depending on destination. Anything ordered after cut-off Friday 22nd will be delivered from Friday 5th January 2024.

Orders and Deliveries – Europe

Vehicle and vessel availability on the lead up to and during Christmas can be limited therefore all orders must be with us no later than Monday November 20th.

Please note that we will do everything we can to ensure that orders and despatches are met by our forwarders, however there may well be delays outside of our control and as such there may be changes with transport nearer the time which we will endeavour to keep you updated.

Orders and Deliveries – Rest of World

Vehicle and vessel availability on the lead up to and during Christmas can be limited. To ensure dispatch prior to Christmas kindly request that orders are placed on or before Monday 13th November.

Please note that we will do everything we can to ensure that orders and despatches are met by our forwarders, however there may well be delays outside of our control and as such there may be changes with transport nearer the time of which we will endeavour to keep you updated.

Collections 

Our warehouse in Sleaford will be open on the days between Christmas and New Year as indicated below. Orders for Milk Replacer product can be collected during these hours, providing the normal booking process has been followed and a booking slot obtained prior to collection. 

Feed Fats for UK & Ire (excluding made-to-order products)

Our last pre-Christmas delivery date is Wednesday 20^th December.

Cut-off times for orders required before Christmas are:    
12.30 Friday 15^th December (Standard delivery)
12.30 Tuesday 19^th December (Express – UK Only – subject to extra charge and availability)

Anything ordered after 12.30 Friday 22nd will be delivered from Wednesday 3rd January 2024.

Feed Fats for International Delivery

Vehicle availability on the lead up to and during Christmas can be limited. To ensure dispatch prior to Christmas, please place your order on or before Monday 13th November. Whilst we will endeavour to dispatch orders received after this date before Christmas, this may not be possible in all cases.

Collections 

Our warehouse at Volac International, Liverpool will be open between Christmas and New Year as indicated below. Orders for Feed Fats can be collected during these hours, providing the normal booking process has been followed and a booking slot obtained prior to collection.
