Global Product Manager – Feed Additives

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Global Product Manager – Feed Additives reporting to Global Marketing Manager - Feed and Forage Additives. The Global Product Manager plays a central role in driving the expansion of Volac’s Feed Additives portfolio worldwide.

About the role

This position combines strategic product marketing, go-to-market leadership, and sustainability integration, ensuring our products deliver performance, profitability, and environmental benefits for customers. Working closely with the Global Marketing Manager and commercial teams, the role spans from market analysis and positioning to launch execution and customer engagement. It also provides exposure to selected international accounts, offering valuable commercial experience alongside product management.

Principle Responsibilities
  • Lead the global go-to-market process for assigned Feed Additives.

  • Translate market insights, customer needs, and technical data into compelling value propositions.

  • Integrate sustainability messaging into product strategies and communications.

  • Support the growth of Feed Additives through strategic marketing, commercial engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications Required
  • Degree in marketing, business, animal science, or related field (desirable).

  • Proven experience in product or brand management, ideally within agriculture or animal nutrition.

  • Strong marketing, commercial, and analytical skills.

  • Experience working internationally or across multiple markets is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and project management skills.

  • Understanding of sustainability issues in agriculture preferred.
