Customer Service Executive
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join the Port Talbot Team as a Customer Service Executive reporting to the Logistics and Customer Care Manager.
About the Role
The Customer Care Executive is the proactive owner of a defined group of customer accounts. The role also plays a vital part in driving Operational Excellence — ensuring processes run efficiently, service standards are upheld, and improvements are identified and embedded. During peak operational periods, the Executive will contribute directly to order management and fulfilment accuracy, supporting the wider team in delivering a seamless customer experience while maintaining Volac’s high standards of performance and compliance.
