Bringing over two decades of expertise in animal nutrition, Dr. Diebold possesses broad technical and commercial knowledge spanning Feed and Forage Additives, sustainable solutions, and international market growth. In his position, he will collaborate closely with German clients to address rising demand for scientific advancements that drive efficiency, performance, and resilience in today’s farming environments.
Expertise in Feed and Forage Additives, and Feed Ingredients
Recognized for his contributions to silage and forage additive applications, Dr. Diebold has assisted customers both in Germany and globally, offering practical methods to safeguard feed quality and maximize nutritional benefits. He is also highly experienced with feed additives and functional nutrition, guiding clients to turn robust science into clear on-farm improvements.
At Volac, he will serve a wide range of customers, utilizing the company’s leading Feed Ingredients (Megalac range) products together with his forage and feed additive skills to enhance livestock productivity in everyday agricultural situations.

Operating from Germany, Dr. Diebold will engage directly with clients by:

• Promoting better performance with integrated nutritional plans

His career includes leadership positions within global animal nutrition firms and hands-on support for customers across Europe, Asia, and developing regions.
