As part of a planned ERP system upgrade across Volac’s global network, there will be a short, planned operational pause from 5:00pm (GMT) on 28 January until 9:00am (GMT) on 4 February. This activity is well prepared and we expect minimal disruption.

Please note that this upgrade will apply across all Volac product lines, including Feed Ingredients, Feed Additives, and Forage Additives.

To support continuity of supply during this period, please note the following order timings:

  • Orders received by 12:00pm (GMT) on 26 January will be processed and shipped for delivery as scheduled, pre shutdown where required.

  • Orders received by 5:00pm (GMT) on 28 January will be ready for dispatch from 4 February (or subject to order requirement date)

  • Orders received after this time will be processed once operations resume, from 9:00am (GMT) on 4 February, for dispatch within usual timeframes.

  • TruBulk Orders received after 12:00pm (GMT) on 23 January will be available from 9th February.

Product quality, specifications, and regulatory compliance will remain unchanged, and our teams are managing stock and logistics to ensure a smooth transition.
